1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Xorvux provides web development, mobile application development, and design services. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for our services, Xorvux assigns to the client the intellectual property rights for the custom code and designs created specifically for the client, excluding any background technology, open-source components, or third-party materials.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal or contract. Generally, a deposit is required to commence work, with remaining balances due upon project milestones or completion.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xorvux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
